Sessions cost £50 which can be paid via bank transfer or cash. 

Sessions can be paid for in advance or on the day of the appointment.

Sessions can also be booked and paid for in blocks.

Before committing to a 50 minute session, I offer a free 20 minute phone or video consultation. This will give us both a chance to get to know each other and explore how we might work together. You are then free to decide whether or not to book in with me.

I offer sessions in person from a lovely private room in Horsforth at Align Healthcare or online.

In certain circumstances, I can arrange home visits within the wider Leeds area. Home visits may incur an extra charge for travel time.

Telephone sessions may be possible if required, though I strongly believe that being able to see each other has a positive impact on our work and would encourage this where possible.
