How I Work
I’m trained as an integrative therapist, which is a fancy way of saying that I can draw on different therapeutic theories and skills which you can find out about here.
I work with a diverse range of clients and believe in an individualised and flexible approach to therapy based on your personal needs.
There’s no such thing as a one size fits all approach to therapy so I like to explore with my clients and find what works best for you! This can include incorporating somatic work, creativity, neuroscience and simply talking it out.
