As a therapist, I offer a space for you to talk about the things that can be tricky to think about alone, or share with loved ones.

I will work with you to explore whatever difficult experiences or feelings you are struggling with.

My goal is to help clients find more joy and peace by creating space for understanding, acceptance and change.

How I Work

I’m trained as an integrative and relational therapist, which is a fancy way of saying that I can draw on different therapeutic theories and skills which you can find out about here.

More important than all the theory and skills is creating a space that feels safe, welcoming and warm to you. No matter what you are struggling with, I will offer a compassionate and non-judgemental space for us to explore it together at a pace that feels comfortable to you. I do not believe in a one-size fits all approach; what works for one person, does not work for all so I like to collaborate with each client to find out what resonates and work in a way tailored to your unique needs.
